Terms of Service

Balesh is a student-internship platform operating in Jordan and Egypt across all fields. By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Balesh.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to consent under the laws of your country to use the service.

You keep ownership of your profile, CV, and application content. You grant Balesh a licence to host and show that content to employers you apply to, and to operate and improve the service (including the readiness and match features).

Don't misrepresent your experience, impersonate others, or upload content you don't have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Applying to an internship spends application tokens from your allowance. Tokens spent on a submitted application aren't refunded, including if you later withdraw. Balesh doesn't guarantee interviews, offers, or outcomes — hiring decisions are the employer's.

The CV engine and readiness/match scores are assistive tools. You're responsible for reviewing anything you submit. Scores are estimates based on the information available, not a judgement of your worth or a promise of results.

We may update these Terms or the service over time; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

Balesh is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
